Xavier Barquet (May 14, 1959 - February 15, 2006) was an American actor, writer, and producer, who appeared as an unnamed policeman in the episode "Golden Triangle (Part I)", as Silvio, middleman for drug dealer Morales in the episode "Killshot", and as Miguel, brother of Maria Pendroza in the episode "To Have and to Hold" of the series Miami Vice.
