Alexander Harper "Xander" Berkeley (born December 16, 1955, Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor who appeared as Tommy Lowe, manager of Caitlin Davies in the episode "Like a Hurricane", and Metro-Dade Officer Bailey, who was investigating the diner shooting of Sy Rosenthal in the episode "Victims of Circumstance" of the series Miami Vice.
