Victoria Elizabeth Constandine is the sister to deceased drug deal Edward "The Wire" Constantine, who has distanced herself from anything to do with her brother's way of life, having taken up painting and living in a loft. In 1987 her brother was killed by James "Sonny" Crockett, and his friend Reb Gustafson played back The Wire's last will and testament, leaving everything to Victoria, and for Reb to take care of her. Victoria absolutely refuses to take anything of The Wire's from Reb, even his money and Kruggerrands, but apparently has a change of heart later, because after Reb's death at Crockett's hands Victoria was nowhere to be found, along with her brother's possessions.
