Victor Love (born August 4, 1957, Camp LeJeune, North Carolina) made his acting debut as Clarence Batisse, a former NYPD officer and partner of Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs in the episode "Better Living Through Chemistry" of the series Miami Vice.
