Tom Bower (born January 3, 1938-May 30, 2024) was an American actor, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as CIA Agent Carter, partner of Agent Hardin (played by Jerry Hardin), killed by the KGB and Surf (played by Thomas G. Waites) in the episode "Bushido".

Personal Life/Death[]
Bower was married to his wife Ursula from 1972 until her death in August, 2023. Bower passed away in his sleep on May 30, 2024 at the age of 86. He is survived by his two children (Viv & Rob) and four grandchildren, along with a brother & sister.
