Toad was a member of the Violators, who provided security for the drug dealer known as Edward "The Wire" Constandine. He, along with Lascoe, were friends of Reb Gustafson, who was real close with The Wire, and worked with him to kill everyone involved with The Wire's death. Toad was very skilled with the cross-bow, using that to kill the muscle of the dealer Salazar. He later helped kill another dealer named Bernier, but is later shot and killed by Metro-Dade SRT when they hit the hideout of the entire gang.
