Andrew Butler (April 4, 1951 - December 1, 1985) was an American actor known as Tito Goya, who made his final acting appearance in the show Miami Vice as Carlos Mendez, middleman for drug lord Esteban Calderone and handler of professional assassin Ludovici Armstrong in the episodes "Calderone's Return (Part I)" and "Calderone's Return (Part II)".


Goya was born in New York City, New York. He began his acting career in 1976 with an appearance on the TV show Serpico (with Jerry Mayer), then made his movie debut that same year in Marathon Man (with Lionel Pina and Jaime Tirelli). His other movie roles include Bad, Short Eyes (written by Miguel Piñero, with Shawn Elliott, Jose Perez and Luis Guzman), All That Jazz (with Keith Gordon), Going In Style, Night of the Juggler (with Tony Azito), and his final movie role, in Fort Apache, The Bronx (with Pam Grier, Miguel Piñero and Jaime Tirelli).


After his Vice appearance, Goya was arrested in Texas for a 1978 murder (along with his brother). In November 1, 1985, Goya was out on bond pending trial when he died of cirrhosis of the liver prior to his trial at the age of 34.
