"Theme from The Magnificent Seven" is a song by Elmer Bernstein, recorded for the film The Magnificent Seven in 1960 and featured on the film's soundtrack album. It appeared in the Miami Vice episode "The Cows of October".

- The Magnificent Seven starred Yul Brenner, Eli Wallach, Steve McQueen, Robert Vaughn, James Coburn, Brad Drexter, and Horst Buchholz. As of 2016, all of the stars had passed away.
- The movie launched three sequels, a short-lived TV series starring Ron Perlman from the third season episode "Walk-Alone", and a 2016 remake that starred Vincent D'Onofrio from the third season episode "The Afternoon Plane".
- Elmer Bernstein scored all three Magnificent Seven sequels, and his theme was used for the TV series. He scored the theme to the TV police drama The Rookies, three John Wayne movies: True Grit, McQ, and Cahill United States Marshal, and countless other TV shows and movies.
- Studio musician Al Caiola recorded a version of the theme that reached #35 on Billboard's Hot 100 in 1961.
