I don't think Ramirez actually 'attacked' Gina with a knife.
When Gina confronted Ramirez during the arrest he said, 'I'm not going anywhere with you...after all we did together?'
At the time Ramirez had been using a butter knife to spread a piece of bread.
When he moved the knife ever so slightly Gina, enraged and humiliated at her memory of her night with Ramirez, used that as a legal pretext to kill him out of vengeance.65.49.176.54 22:07, December 26, 2016 (UTC)
