Sam McMurray (born April 15, 1952) is an American actor, who appeared in the series Miami Vice as Jimmy "Jimbo" Walters, the bartender/desk clerk at the Conch Bay Lounge on St. Andrews Island in the episode "Calderone's Return (Part II)").


McMurray was born in New York City, New York. His acting career began in 1976 with a role in Woody Allen's movie The Front, followed by other movie roles in C.H.U.D. (with John Heard, Kim Griest, and J.C. Quinn), Fast Forward (with Michael DeLorenzo), Raising Arizona (with Randall "Tex" Cobb), Little Vegas (with Perry Lang and Bruce McGill), National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, The Mod Squad (with Dennis Farina), and his most recent film, 2017's Americons.

His extensive TV career began in 1976 on Kojak (episode with Norman Parker), followed by appearances in Hill Street Blues, Moonlighting (with Bruce Willis), 21 Jump Street, Dear John, The Simpsons (with Harry Shearer), 63 episodes of The Tracey Ullman Show, Married: With Children (with Ed O'Neill), Blossom, Home Improvement and Parker Lewis Can't Lose before getting regular roles in the short-lived series A League of their Own, a voice role on Dinosaurs, recurring roles on Friends, The King of Queens, Cristela, The Fosters, and Mom (his most recent TV appearance), and appearances in The Good Fight (with Paul Guilfoyle) and Bull.
