Biography
When Barbara Carrow came to Mickey to beg for more time to repay her gambling debt, Mickey called in Russack to rough her up and throw her out, not knowing his office was being watched by Crockett and Tubbs. The Vice cops quickly burst in to break the situation up, but the hulking Russack decided he would not go quietly; the resulting brawl spread through the restaurant below, which was almsot totally destroyed before Crockett and Tubbs finally managed to knock Russack unconscious.
