Ramon Franco (born September 12, 1963) is a Puerto Rican actor who appeared as Bustos, one of Esteban Revilla's drug cartel in the episode "The Prodigal Son" of the show Miami Vice.


Franco's career began in 1979 with his first movie role, in Boardwalk, followed by roles in Times Square (with Robin Johnson, Miguel Piñero, and J.C. Quinn), Heartbreak Ridge, Chains of Gold (with Will Knickerbocker and John Archie), Extreme Justice (with Lou Diamond Phillips), and his most recent role, in The Perfect Game.

In television, Franco made his debut in the 1981 TV movie We're Fighting Back (with Ned Eisenberg, John Snyder, Michael Wright, Joe Morton, and Antone Pagan), followed by appearances in MacGvyer, Murder She Wrote (episode with Tony Plana and Jsu Garcia), Seinfeld (with Michael Richards), Brooklyn South (with Gary Basaraba), The Division (with Lisa Vidal), NYPD Blue (with Esai Morales, Garcelle Beauvais, and Larry Joshua), House, Prison Break, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (with Paul Guilfoyle), and Rizzoli and Isles (with Bruce McGill). He had regular roles in Tour of Duty, Weeds, and The Bridge. Franco also guest-starred in Law & Order: SVU (episode with Bill Duke) and his most recent TV appearance, The Night Shift.
