Rafael Ferrer (born March 23, 1960, Los Angeles, California) is an American actor and the brother of fellow Vice actor Miguel Ferrer, who appeared as Carlos Pendroza, Jr., son of Lucia Pendroza in the episode "To Have and to Hold" of the series Miami Vice.
Ferrer's appearances have been limited to the TV series Cagney and Lacey, Third Watch, Law and Order and Law and Order: SVU (with Richard Belzer), and Archer, and the movie Girls Night Out. Recently Ferrer has provided the voice of Darth Malak in the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic video game series.
