Patricia "Patti" D'Arbanville (Born May 25, 1951) is an American actress, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as the cynical wife of Ira Stone (played by Bob Balaban), killed by Maynard's thug Hmung in the episode "Back in the World".


D'Arbanville was born in New York City, New York. Discovered by Andy Warhol, D'Arbanville would appear in his film Flesh in 1968 (with Joe Dallesandro), she later relocated to London to begin a modeling career. She appeared another Warhol movie, L'Amour in 1973, then the movie Bilitis in 1977, then she made her TV debut in a 1976 mini-series, Once an Eagle, followed by Barnaby Jones, Charlie's Angels, Law & Order, L.A. Law, and Crime Story (with Dennis Farina), before recurring roles on Wiseguy, South Beach, My So-Called Life and her role as Lt. Virginia Cooper in New York Undercover (with Michael DeLorenzo) that lasted four seasons. Other recurring roles on Guiding Light, The Sopranos (with Tony Sirico), Third Watch, Rescue Me, The Sinner (with Jay O. Sanders), and her most recent TV appearance, Billions.

Her other movie roles include The Main Event, The Time Machine, Modern Problems, Real Genius (with Ed Lauter), Wired (with Michael Chiklis, Lucinda Jenney, Tom Bower, Ray Sharkey, and J.C. Quinn), The Fan (with Wesley Snipes and John Leguizamo), World Trade Center, Perfect Stranger (with Bruce Willis), You Belong To Me (with Sherman Howard), The Marconi Bros (with Jon Polito), and her most recent film, Morning Glory.

Personal Life

D'Arbanville had a relationship with singer Cat Stevens from 1968-70, during which she inspired two of his hits, "My Lady D'Arbanville", and "Wild World". D'Arbanville has been married three times, to French actor Roger Miremont from 1975-80, after their divorce she married Steve Curry, a union that didn't last a year, then she married former NYFD firefighter Terry Quinn from 1993 until their divorce in 2002, they have three children, Emmelyn (born 1990), Alexandra (born 1991), and Liam (born 1992). She also has a fourth child, Jesse Wayne Johnson, during her five year (1981-86) relationship with Don Johnson.
