Mitchell Wilson Lichtenstein (born March 10, 1956) is an American actor, director, producer, and writer. He made his television debut in the show Miami Vice as Mark Jorgenson, Jr., drug-addicted and emotionally distraught son of Mark Jorgenson, Sr. (played by Paul Roebling) and runs away from home after his father is arrested for murder in the episode "Little Prince".
Early Life/Career[]
Lichtenstein was born in New York, New York. He made his film debut in 1983's The Lords of Discipline (with Bill Paxton), then appeared in Streamers (with Guy Boyd), and Crackers (with Larry Riley). After making his TV debut on Vice, he appeared in The Equalizer, Cheers, Law & Order, and Homicide: Life on the Street (with Richard Belzer). He stepped behind the camera as producer, writer & director of the indie films Resurrection and Teeth, as well as writer & director of Happy Tears (with Patti D'Arbanville).
Personal Life[]
Lichtenstein is openly gay, but is not in any publicly known relationship. His father was Roy Lichtenstein (1923-1997), a famous pop-art artist.
