Mickey (born 1923) was a bookmaker working for Al Lombard.
Biography[]
Among Mickey's many clients was Barbara Carrow, who came to Mickey to beg for more time to repay her debt. Unmoved, Mickey called in his muscle man, Russack, to rough her up, not knowing that the Vice squad had his office under surveillance. Crockett and Tubbs quickly burst in to save Barbara, and it is assumed Mickey was arrested for illegal bookmaking.
