Michael Wright (born April 30, 1956, New York, New York) is an American actor who appeared as The Savage, a former CIA operative turned serial killer of women and assassin all over the world in the episode "Duty and Honor" of the series Miami Vice.

Wright is best known for his appearance as "Elias Taylor" in the original V series (from 1983-85), including the first mini-series; V: The Final Battle, and the television series. He also appeared in the cable series Oz (with Terry Kinney and Matthew Cowles) from 2001-03.
