Maria McDonald is an American actress. She appeared in the show Miami Vice as Vanessa, girlfriend to Louis McCarthy, lover of Tubbs, and murderer of Giff in the episode "The Great McCarthy", and Alicia Austin, girlfriend of Tubbs in the episode "The Afternoon Plane". McDonald is the only actress who portrayed two different Tubbs love interests in the series.
Her acting experience appears limited to her two Vice appearances as well as a couple of movies and in the pilot episode of Amen. Her last appearance was in 1991's The Marla Hanson Story.
McDonald is also a model and is the Chairperson of the group Cover Girls for Change.
