- The song was included on the soundtrack album Miami Vice III.
- The song originally appeared as the B-side to Buddy Holly's classic "That'll Be The Day" in 1957 (performed with The Crickets). Two years later, Holly's death (along with The Big Bopper and Richie Valens) would forever be known as "The Day The Music Died".
