Lazaro Perez (born December 17, 1945, Havana, Cuba) is a Cuban actor who appeared as Father LaFrano, whose parishioner Gus Albierro confessed that condemned murderer Frank Hackman was in Daytona, not Miami when he allegedly killed Metro-Dade Detective Frankel (later proven false) in the episode "Forgive Us Our Debts" of the series Miami Vice.
