Jossie DeGuzman appeared in the show Miami Vice
as Maria Rivera, pregnant wife of Metro-Dade Detective Eddie Rivera (played by Jimmy Smits) in the episode "Brother's Keeper".
Career[]
DeGuzman's career consists mainly of stage credits, nominated for two Tony Awards (1980, Best Actress for West Side Story, and Best Actress in 1992 for Guys and Dolls (with Nathan Lane). Her film career began in the 1979 TV movie The Tenth Month, and her most recent TV role was in a 2002 episode of Third Watch. Her only film credits were in 1986's F/X, and its 1991 sequel, F/X2 (both with Brian Dennehy).
