Joseph Minieri (9 June 1931 – 18 March 2016) was an American character actor known as Joe Santos, best known for his portrayal of Lt. Dennis Becker in the TV series The Rockford Files (1974-80), and all of it's follow-up TV movies. He also appeared as Oscar Carrera, head of the Carrera drug cartel in the episode "Hostile Takeover" of the series Miami Vice.
