Jimmie F. Skaggs (December 20, 1944 - July 6, 2004) was an American actor who appeared as Benny, a long-time child molester originally suspected in the cocaine-doll murders in the episode "Honor Among Thieves?" of the series Miami Vice.
Skaggs died of lung cancer on July 6, 2004, in Highland Park, California, at the age of 59.
