Jesse Borrego (born August 1, 1962, San Antonio, Texas) is an American actor who played drug dealer Enrique Morca-Mendez in the episode "A Bullet for Crockett", and Octavio Escandero in the episode "Jack of All Trades" of the series Miami Vice.

Borrego's best known roles were as Jesse Velasquez in the TV series Fame (from 1984-87, his acting debut), as Gael Ortega in the series 24 (from 2003-04, with Lothaire Bluteau and Joaquim de Almeida), and as George King in the series Dexter (2008, with James Remar and Jimmy Smits.
