Jay Olcutt Sanders (born April 16, 1953) is an American character actor. He appeared in the show Miami Vice as Metro-Dade Detective Tim Duryea, whose partner Hawkins was killed by the Escobars and whose impulsive actions resulted in the hostage standoff in the episode "The Maze".

Sanders was born in Austin, Texas. He has had a long career playing various characters on TV and in the movies, as well as some stage appearances.
