James Silverman appeared as Mike, a Vietnam Vet who served in Operation Phoenix with The Savage in the episode "Duty and Honor", and as a gambling goon in the episode "Hard Knocks" of the series Miami Vice. His only other appearance was in the movie Rhinestone (with Dolly Parton).
