James Vincent Russo (born April 29, 1953) is an American actor, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as Frank Sacco, drug dealer who Valerie Gordon is working (and sleeping) with, later killed by Tubbs in the episode "The Prodigal Son".
Career[]
Russo was born in New York City, New York. He wrote and starred in the short film The Candy Store before getting his acting break in the 1981 TV movie Chicago Story (with Jack Kehoe), then made his film debut in 1982's A Stranger Is Watching before becoming famous for his "Robber" role (who robs Judge Reinhold's character Brad at Mi-T-Mart) in the classic Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
