"Hit Me with Your Best Shot" is a song by Pat Benatar, featured on the album Crimes of Passion in 1980 and released as a single in September of that year. It appeared in the Miami Vice episode "Milk Run".

- The song was included on the US edition of the soundtrack album The Best of Miami Vice in 2006
- As well as Miami Vice, the song has been used in countless TV shows and commercials, especially those with action-related scenes, as well as in the video game Guitar Hero III.
- This was Pat Benatar's first Billboard Top 10 hit, she would have three more over the next five years ("Love Is A Battlefield" in 1983, "We Belong" in 1984, and "Invinicible" in 1985).
- In 2022, Benatar announced she would no longer perform the song during her tour in respect of the victims and famlies of recent mass shooting events. She has not said if this policy will continue on future tours.
