Herrara is the drug dealer seen at the beginning of "Bushido". He is seen entering the restroom with DEA Agent Thompson to do a deal. He is then killed by Jack Gretsky (who was disguised as a hobo), and found by Metro-Dade hanging upside down over a toilet stuffed with cocaine.
