- The sound of That Petrol Emotion (a forerunner of Britpop) is said to have inspired such 1990s groups as Oasis and Motorhead.
- The band did not chart in the US and disbanded in 1994, then reunited for some appearances in 2008-2009 with a UK tour scheduled for Summer 2009.
