Henry Luna was a chemist, specializing in creating a formula for synthetic cocaine. Brought in by drug dealer Wango Mack, Luna was tasked with developing the synthesized drug safely and with low overhead, which if successful, would undercut the entire drug market, setting off a bloody drug war because Mack's drug would be legal. Luna also had a pre-occupation with sex, causing a mental block that prevented him from working, so Mack brought in Izzy Moreno to help him by taking him to Mack's biker bar. Mack's first formula was unsuccessful, and a "guinea-pig" named Evans died from it (due to the potency being too high). Mack's employee, Clarence Batisse, hatched a scheme to kidnap Luna and Izzy and blame it on another dealer, Sangres, demanding a $1 million ransom for Luna's safe return. However, Luna tested another batch of his designer drug and it killed him.
Notes[]
