Hector Echavarria (born December 6, 1969, Corrientes, Argentina) made his acting debut as Victor Batista, a boxing opponent of Bobby Sykes in the episode "Down for the Count (Part I)".

Echavarria began martial arts training at age 4, won numerous kickboxing titles in his native Argentina and the United States, gave exhibitions with the Bee Gees and Philip Michael Thomas, and currently trains celebrities like former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson, boxers Hector "Macho" Camacho and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, and former NFL kicker Al Del Greco. His acting career included appearances in the fight movies Confessions of a Pit Fighter (with James Russo), Cradle 2 The Grave, Never Surrender, Duel of Legends (with Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa), then Echavarria wrote and directed the movies No Way Out and Justice for All.
