Harold Bergman (April 19, 1919 - February 1, 2019) appeared in the show Miami Vice as Judge Clarence P. Rupp (though credited as Sumner D. Rupp), who releases Leon Jefferson (played by Mykel T. Williamson) on his own recognizance (as a ruse to turn on his boss, Calderone (played by Miguel Piñero) in the episode "Brother's Keeper", as a court usher who swears in Al Lombard (played by Dennis Farina) for his grand jury testimony in the episode "Lombard", and uncredited as a Doctor in "Knock, Knock... Who's There?".
Bergman died of undisclosed causes on February 1, 2019, in Pompano Beach, FL, at the age of 99.
