Graham S. Beckel, (born December 22, 1949) is an American actor who appeared in the show Miami Vice as DEA Agent Kevin Cates, who worked undercover with Jesus Morolo (played by Roberto Duran) and Mario Fuente (played by Frank Zappa) and who made off with $3 million of Fuente's money while pinning its' disappearance on Crockett in the episode "Payback".
