Gary Basaraba (born March 16, 1959, Edmonton, Alberta) is a Canadian actor who made his TV debut as Dr. Morris, a psychiatrist at the Veterans Hospital in the episode "Duty and Honor", and Cyrus, Palmo's right hand man who wanted to "dance" with Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs in the episode "Honor Among Thieves?" of the series Miami Vice.
