Career[]

Flanagan was born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. She got into music in the 1980s, released four solo albums between 1985 and 1992 and another in 2011 (Unbroken), had her debut album Fiona reach #72 on the Billboard Top Albums Chart, and two singles: "Talk to Me" (#64, 1985) and "Everything You Do" (#52, 1989) reach the Billboard Hot 100. Most of her albums featured backing instruments by Kip Winger (later of the band Winger). She appeared in six music videos of her songs, as well as on the video for Warrant's "Cherry Pie". Her only film appearances besides Vice include the movie The Doors (with Michael Madsen and Billy Idol) and her most known role in Hearts of Fire (with Zoe Tamerlis). Flanagan was married briefly to rock producer Beau Hill (Ratt, Stevie Nicks, Warrant, Winger) in the 1980s but they divorced. Flanagan has since remarried and lives with her husband and children in New Jersey.
