Felicia is a member of a rebel group working covertly for the Drug Enforcement Task Force, to help get General Manuel Borbon out of Costa Morada. Felicia is also a nun, caring for the wounded soldiers, intriguing Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs with her devotion to duty, and is very proficient with a weapon. When Borbon was evacuated from Costa Morada, Felicia shot several guards down before one of them killed Felicia, much to Tubbs' horror.
