Esther Nevin is the widow of deceased reggae artist Robillard Nevin. After Nevin's death from food poisoning, his body was cryogenically preserved for when an antidote was found, which one was by Dr. Alfred S. Poe, and plans were made for his body to be revived. However OCB raided the location where Nevin's body was stored and was taken there, where Dave Frobel, the body's caretaker told OCB what they had found, and was planning to revive Nevin. It was revealed that a $30 million estate was being held for Nevin's family in the event of his death, and would not be released unless his body was returned to Jamaica for a proper death certificate, which had not happened yet. Esther was determined that his body not be revived so she can collect the money, and used legal (filing a $80 million civil rights suit against Metro-Dade OCB) and illegal (shooting Frobel dead) to get it. But Izzy Moreno had the body and planned to revive it on live television, and Esther went to where Izzy was and demanded (at gunpoint) Izzy relinquish the body to her. But Esther was arrested for Frobel's murder and during the arrest Nevin's body (in its' cryogenic container) was dumped into the ocean, last seen floating due east.
