Ellen Greene (born February 22, 1951) is an American stage and film actress. She appeared in the show Miami Vice as Darlene, a high-maintenance ex-girlfiend of Larry Zito and new girlfriend of Stan Switek in the episode "Made for Each Other".

Early Life/Career

Greene was born in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of a guidance counselor and a dentist. She began appearing in nightclubs as a singer in the early 1970s, then made her stage debut in 1973's Rachel Lily Rosebloom and Don't You Forget It!, followed by a role in 1974's In The Boom Boom Room, during which she met the casting director for the film Next Stop, Greenwich Village (with Antonio Fargas), making her film debut. She returned to the stage and was nominated for a Tony Award for her role in Threepenny Opera. She made her TV debut in the mini-series Seventh Avenue. Back on the stage in 1982, she played the role of Audrey in Little Shop Of Horrors for two years, then reprising her role in the movie version in 1986, and again reprising the role in a stage version in 2015. She appeared in the movie Talk Radio (with Eric Bogosian), later appearing in The Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult, Wagons East, One Fine Day, and her most recent film, Privileged. Her TV guest star appearances include Cybill, Law & Order, Suddenly Susan, The X-Files, Crossing Jordan, Mystery Woman: Sing Me A Murder (with Clarence Williams III), Heroes, Pushing Daisies, and her most recent appearances as "Primrose DeVille" in the soap opera The Young and the Restless, the 2013 TV series Hannibal (with Laurence Fishburne), and two 2013 webisodes of the series The Walking Dead.

Personal Life

Greene has been married twice, in 1990 to Tibor Hardik, after they divorced, she married Christian Kilkovits in 2003 until their 2007 divorce.
