Donna Wheeler was the wife of DEA agent Lieutenant Scottie Wheeler.
Biography[]
The Wheelers were close friends of Crockett, with whom Scottie had been partners while working for the Organized Crime Bureau, and his estranged wife Caroline. Both Donna and her husband were at Caroline's house for young Billy Crockett's birthday when Sonny entered, late, and revealed that his partner Eddie Rivera had been killed.
Donna and Scottie were later sitting down for dinner when Crockett came to confront Scottie over the fact he was leaking information to drug lord Esteban Calderone; out of respect for Donna, Crockett led Scottie outside before confronting him.
