Cyrus was the right-hand man of the drug lord Palmo. Having taken three bullets meant for Palmo, the drug lord keeps the "Georgia boy" around despite his social shortcomings, like gulping down fine wine. Cyrus' attitude rubs Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs the wrong way and Cyrus threatened to "dance" (fight) Tubbs eventually. During the trial of Paul Delgado, Tubbs snuck out to call OCB about the events surrounding Delgado when Cyrus found him and a fight ensued. During the fight, Tubbs shoved Cyrus into an electrical box, electrocuting Cyrus.
