Captain Hook is a DJ of a pirate radio station, operating off the Miami coast, along with his new first mate, Noogie Lamont, and an exercise fanatic named Sybil. Hook likes to spout off about the senior citizens living in Miami, the junk everywhere, but sends shout-outs to his friends T. R. "Jumbo" Collins and his wife Fluffy, with whom he arranged a drug deal between Jackson, the Collins', and Moralez. Hook continues his broadcasts every day.
