Bud Hoey (October 18, 1924 - August 14, 2001) made his only TV appearance in the show Miami Vice as the apartment manager where Leon Jefferson's (played by Mykelti Williamson) room was located in the episode "Brother's Keeper".
His movie appearances include the films Hello Down There, Salty, and Dead of Night.
Hoey died in Miami on August 14, 2001.
