Bill Cwikowski (born August 4, 1945) is an American actor. He made his acting debut in the show Miami Vice as an unnamed gun dealer in the episode "No Exit".

Cwikowski was born in Newark, New Jersey. Cwikowski made his film debut in Michael Mann's film Manhunter (with Garcelle Beauvais, Chris Elliott, Dennis Farina, Kim Griest, Michele Shay, Bill Smitrovich, Jim Zubiena and Michael Talbott).
