Berlioz is a gofer for the drug dealer Ortega, during a drug deal he had money stolen from him by a big thug who was later shot dead. Later he was picked up by the Vice squad to have him go to a lawyer, Benedict, to obtain a favor from Judge Roger Ferguson. Benedict pleaded his case for a deal for Berlioz, but Ferguson made Benedict leave with no deal.
