Beatrice is the owner of a Croissant shop in downtown Miami. She is frustrated with the numbers of prostitutes hanging around her business, causing paying customers not to want to visit. She chased off Abigail "Florence Italy" Cook and Blondie from her place, and Florence was picked up by a white racing car shortly thereafter. Beatrice then is upset that the Vice team continually visits asking if anyone has seen Florence or the car (due to Florence's murder), finally when Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs stops by and sees her security system, he asks to see the tapes from the night of the murder and from the tapes determined Frank Tepper was the one who killed Florence.
