Annie Golden (born October 19, 1951) is an American actress and singer, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as an unnamed prostitute causing trouble in a NYPD station in the episode "The Prodigal Son", and Tommy, Crockett's Ferrari mechanic in the episodes "One Way Ticket" and "Florence Italy".
Career[]
Golden was born in Brooklyn, New York. She made her Broadway debut in Hair in 1977, and was also a member of the new wave band The Shirts, who played CBGBs in the late 1970s and early 1980s, opening for such bands as Talking Heads, among others. The group released three albums before they broke up in 1981, they then reformed in 2006 for another album. Golden made her film debut in the movie version of Hair, later appearing in Desperately Seeking Susan (with Madonna, Giancarlo Esposito, Mark Blum, & John Turturro), Streetwalkin (with Melissa Leo & Antonio Fargas), Forever, Lulu (with Paul Gleason & Charles Ludlam), Baby Boom, Longtime Companion(with Michael Carmine), Prelude to a Kiss (with Stanley Tucci), 12 Monkeys (with Bruce Willis), and her most recent film, The Trouble with Cali in 2012.
Golden's career in television includes her debut in Hometown (with Margaret Whitton), followed by appearances in True Blue (TV movie with Paul Hecht), four appearances on Cheers as "Maggie O'Keefe", Law & Order, Third Watch, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (with Richard Belzer), Orange is the New Black, and her most recent TV appearance, in One Dollar (with Greg Germann).
