Adam Joseph Duhe (born November 27, 1955, New Orleans, Louisiana) is a retired NFL football linebacker who made his acting debut as Hammer, leader of the Aryan Sons gang in Bolton Prison in the episode "Walk-Alone" of the series Miami Vice.

Football Career[]

Duhe played college football at Louisiana State University (LSU), then moved to the NFL, drafted in the first round by the Miami Dolphins in 1977, won Rookie of the Year that season, then played in the Pro Bowl in his final season in 1984. In the 1982 AFC Championship Game, Duhe intercepted New York Jets quarterback Richard Todd three times, returning one for a touchdown that led the Dolphins into Super Bowl XVII (lost to the Washington Redskins), his final Super Bowl appearance was in Super Bowl XIX (lost to the San Francisco 49ers). Injuries forced his retirement before the 1985 season when the Dolphins released him. His only other acting appearance was in 1988's Everybody's All American.
